Nancy Waggoner, firm owner, started her career in the Texas title industry after six years in the public accounting sector. Nancy has served as Vice President / Controller to both a public and non-public company. Now, with over 20 years of title insurance accounting and compliance experience, she is serving title agents throughout the state. Volunteering with industry associations has been a great source for learning the needs of Texas agents.
